He swam 1,500 meters in the Hudson River, biked 40 kilometers up the West Side Highway and ran 10 kilometers through Central Park (&lt;a href="http://www.nyctri.com/Assets/Course+Map+$!2706.pdf"&gt;course map here&lt;/a&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana, -webkit-fantasy;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana, -webkit-fantasy;"&gt;Needless to say, everyone here at Sales Graphics is incredibly proud of David for completing this—although we're still not sure why he did it.
