Challenge

Newsweek Magazine had engaged in a project to energize and refine their brand positioning. Once the project was completed, they needed to find a presentation solution that would allow them to update their existing presentations to the new branded format, and enable future updates to be quickly and easily implemented and distributed. Key to this effort would be the ability to integrate video components into their presentations, as well as find a way to ensure that these video elements and any updates to their design would be accessible to all sales people and consistently executed in every presentation.

Solution

Sales Graphics worked collaboratively with Newsweek’s ad agency, which had orchestrated their magazine rebranding, to develop a presentation-appropriate version of their new look. Sales Graphics then used that execution to create a new, dynamic sales presentation, as well as videos of Newsweek editors. These videos were created so they could be seamlessly integrated into Newsweeks’s new CustomShow sales presentations.

In order to ensure that the new presentations remained consistent to the new brand design, they were locked to prevent style or content changes. Using CustomShow’s convenient and easy-to-use centralized digital library, all individual slides and multimedia components were organized and stored, allowing Newsweek’s sales teams to find them, view them, and aggregate them to build presentations, as needed.
